About Me
I live and serve families in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, where I value a slower, more intentional way of living and staying closely connected to the natural rhythms that shape our lives.
I hold a B.A. in Psychology and later pursued advanced training in holistic health, becoming a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor. My professional experience includes supporting individuals as a Psychedelic Integration Guide at Mindbloom and as a Fertility Health Coach within a Functional Medicine practice. These experiences shaped my understanding of the body’s innate wisdom and the deeply interconnected nature of our physical, emotional, and inner well-being.
Through this work, I noticed meaningful gaps in women’s healthcare— particularly in fertility support and the transition into motherhood. This inspired me to pursue additional training as a certified QRA practitioner and birth and postpartum doula, enabling me to provide individualized, whole-person care that supports women and families through each season on the preconception-to-postpartum journey.
How My Story Fueled My Approach
Through my own health journey, I became aware of the limitations of our often fragmented healthcare system and felt drawn to care that honors the body’s natural capacity to heal, looks beyond symptoms, and supports the whole person. This curiosity and desire to understand the body more deeply inspired me to explore holistic modalities, including functional nutrition, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and Quantum Reflex Analysis.
My approach centers on thoughtful, individualized care, grounded in trust in the body’s design and a deep respect for the seasons of life we walk through. I believe fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood are profound transitions—worthy of presence, reverence, and support. I walk alongside women and couples, offering guidance, tools, and education so you feel confident, empowered, and fully supported throughout the entire preconception-to-postpartum continuum.
